Since September 2009 we have been located at 3498 Sheridan Drive. Prior to that, we were located on Main St. near Harlem Rd. since 1992.

Our office is now located on the North side of Sheridan Drive in Amherst, New York between Millersport Highway and Sweet Home Road. We are adjacent to National Appliance Service and Parts in the Cosmo Prof plaza, across from the Amherst La-Z-Boy furniture store and Pacillo’s Fitness Gear.

We are less than 2 miles from either campus of the State University of New York at Buffalo, and only a short walk from the Millersport Highway NFTA bus stop.

When visiting our office with your desktop computer, please leave it in your car and let one of our technicians remove it. No keyboards, mice, monitors or any cables are necessary for desktop computers. For laptop computers, we require the laptop and charger and will return your case and other items to prevent loss. All chargers are labeled upon receipt and all computers are documented into our work order system upon arrival.

Our office is open from 9am to 5pm weekdays; no appointment is necessary. If you intend to visit before 9am or after 5pm weekdays, please contact us at 716-839-9714 to arrange an appointment. Deliveries may be left with National Appliance when our office is closed.
