Diagnosed and replaced one failed capacitor on a Dell Dimension 4700 causing daily lockups, restarts and error messages.
Diagnosed daily restarting on an MSI-7255 motherboard due to one bulged capacitor hidden beneath an Intel CPU heat-sink fan.
Replaced the cracked glossy WXGA 1280x800LG Phillips LP154WX4 (TL)(C1) 15″ widescreen LCD panel in a Compaq Presario F700 laptop.
Replaced three cracked and leaking 6.3v, 3000-uf electrolytic capacitors on a Dell E520 motherboard.
Removed the BIOS power-on admin password from a Dell Latitude C400 laptop.
Replaced the failed 12-volt, 12-amp/hour sealed lead acid battery in an American Power Conversion APC Back-UPS 650.
Diagnosed and replaced five failed 6.3v, 1500-uf cracked and leaking capacitors on an EVGA nVidia SLI motherboard.
Applied a BIOS firmware update to resolve problems with a Fujitsu Lifebook T730 tablet computer.
Replaced a cracked 15.6″ LCD panel in a Toshiba L455-S5975 laptop.
Replaced a failing Toshiba 6026GAX 60gb IDE laptop hard drive with a new Western Digital 120gb IDE hard drive.
Configured a Blackberry phone to share the 3G Internet connection via Wi-Fi for a laptop and Apple iPod.
Replaced a failed 6-cell 5200-mah battery for a Lenovo T60P laptop with a new and larger 9-cell 7200-mah Lenovo compatible battery.
Diagnosed and replaced a malfunctioning MSI-7529 socket 775 motherboard with a warranty replacement.
Upgraded a Compal CL-51 laptop by replacing the Intel mobile socket 478 1600mhz CPU with a faster Intel mobile 2000mhz CPU.
Removed all viruses from a Dell e310 desktop computer.
Replaced a failed Dell PA-9 power transformer for a Dell Latitude D600 laptop.
Installed PCI VGA cards to provide a second display for the computers at a law firm.
Diagnosed and replaced a failed Toshiba MK2035GSS 200gb SATA hard drive with a new Western Digital 320gb SATA hard drive in a Sony PCG-384L laptop.
Diagnosed and replaced a failed Linksys WRT54G v6 wireless G router with a new Netgear WPN-824n wireless N router.
Converted a Microsoft Outlook 2003 PST file into Unicode format for use with Outlook 2010 to allow the file size to grow beyond 2gb up to 50gb.
Repaired an Intel D865GLC motherboard with 4 failed capacitors.
Setup an 8-port Netgear Gigabit Ethernet switch to connect four servers for improved performance.
Resolved Windows startup failure on a Gateway laptop by repaired NTFS file system errors.
Removed the lost Windows XP login password on a HP DV7 laptop.
Diagnosed a failed motherboard on an Acer MS2278 model 7540-1317 laptop.
Replaced a Toshiba 40gb 2.5″ laptop hard drive with a new Kingston 64gb SSD SATA drive on a Fujitsu Lifetime T4220 tablet.
