We received reports of a Time Warner cable modem Internet outage affecting business users in Amherst and Tonawanda near Sheridan Drive on Thursday, June 30th from noon to 2pm. If you have Time-Warner cable modem Internet service and your Internet does not work on any computer, it is service provider related. Check your cable modem and watch for the lights to change from flashing to steady to indicate the service is available again.
