Emma Sapong quotes Jonathan Rosen describing our holistic approach to computer service: we look at the entire computer and consider everything from hardware, software, settings and user procedure for the root causes to problems. We follow our holistic view of the computer with a reductionist view that isolates individual components and evaluates each part on a pass or fail criteria.
The result of this approach is that we can find and resolve problems when they are apparently unrelated to the root cause. For example, a Windows stop error may appear as a software problem, but the root cause can be bad RAM, hard drive errors or a failing motherboard.
